WHAT FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE DOME?
Installation requires a flat surface. You can organize such a foundation yourself, and we will provide free drawings or order the execution of the podium from us.
This can be a wooden podium on screw piles or other supports. Also, the podium can be made of light galvanized profiles.
Based on the purpose of the dome, various types of foundations are used:
- Support “Bayonet”
They are used as short piles to support pillars of light structures (greenhouses, arbors, sheds). Heavier structures require high load-bearing soil. Material: hot-dip galvanized steel 08PS 2.0mm thick. Overall height: 900mm, for the installation of a wooden post with a height of 500-1500mm. Seat section: 100 * 100, height 120mm, overall size – 110 * 110. - Concrete posts
Also used for relatively lightweight structures. They are located along the axes of the racks and base logs. In terms of material consumption and labor costs, such foundations are several times cheaper than flooded foundations. - Screw piles
Pile foundations are used in construction on subsiding soils, as well as in soils with low bearing capacity (less than 1.5 kg / cm²). The piles penetrate to the bearing layer of soil (sand, stones), which is under the layers of soft soil. The base frame is installed on the piles and the central, in this case concrete, support. - Strip foundation
It is located under all the supporting structures of the building (walls) in the form of a continuous tape. Monolithic strip foundations are used in soils with low bearing capacity or with high groundwater levels. The use of strip foundations is also justified in buildings with heavy walls and ceilings, as well as when arranging a basement.
